HISTORY

Based in Israel and founded in 1999, Soroker Agmon intellectual property law firm was established by Eran Soroker and Jonathan Agmon with a vision of providing specialist top notch intellectual property services. Initially an intellectual property litigation firm, the firm soon expanded to providing patent, trademark & design prosecution services. Later the firm expanded to handling other areas of intellectual property prosecution such as plant variety, copyright, licensing, and related intellectual property foreign services. The firm grew fast and is now one of Israel's ten largest intellectual property law firms.

The firm's initial focus turned on litigation of patents, trademarks, designs and copyright, the firm representing major local and international corporations. The firm clientele remains loyal still today, though our practice has evolved.

The firm's ability to handle complex litigation prompted the growth of our patent, trademark and design prosecution and licensing practices. In recent years the firm has been very active in patent litigation in Israel and in the US, and is now handling patent litigation in various jurisdictions. Our firm has also been handling many intellectual property due diligences, transactional and licensing deals. Our patent, design & trademark prosecution business has increased substantially annually.

It is our view, however, that bigger isn't always better. We pride ourselves at being able to provide a specialized small team for each task, this team being the best in the business. While our firm grew many folds since its inception we still view our firm today as a specialized IP boutique, which can provide even the largest clients with services that only specialized intellectual property teams can give.
